Rodney Morrison, P.E.

With over 20 years of experience, Rodney Morrison has developed a solid base of technical engineering skills coupled with a diverse geographical background giving him a detailed knowledge of the land development process in several regions of the country. His wide variety of project skills encompasses commercial and residential land development, public works, transportation engineering and recreational facilities design. Additionally, Mr. Morrison is an experienced project manager, having completing large-scale development programs in multiple states. Mr. Morrison is a founding partner of Land Resource Consultants and is responsible for all engineering and design services offered by the firm.

Mr. Morrison is a licensed professional civil engineer in New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Maine and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Mr. Morrison graduated from the University of Maine in Orono with a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 1987, and has pursued graduate studies work toward a Master in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.

John F. Wagenblatt, L.S.

John Wagenblatt possesses over 24 years of varied surveying experience servicing private, state and municipal clients. Projects of his have been used in developing engineered site plans and cross county gas transmission lines, as well as in court testimonies. He has prepared ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys and boundary surveys for sites ranging from small residential parcels to tracts covering thousands of acres. He has also prepared hydrographic surveys, horizontal and vertical control surveys for aerial mapping projects, topographic surveys, right of way surveys, global positioning system (GPS) surveys and construction stakeout surveys. His past experience includes responsibility for overseeing and managing up to five survey crews and office support staff, client contact, proposal development, project management, billing and quality control. Mr. Wagenblatt is a partner of Land Resource Consultants and is responsible for all its surveying services.

Mr. Wagenblatt is a licensed land surveyor in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Rhode Island. He is affiliated with the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors, South Central Connecticut Proprietor’s Council, New Hampshire Association of Land Surveyors, and is the First Vice President of Connecticut Association of Land Surveyors, Inc.

Mr. Wagenblatt graduated from Paul Smiths College in Paul Smiths, New York with an Associate Degree in Survey Technology in 1983.

Kenneth F. Casamento, CES

With over 10 years experience, Ken Casamento has conducted environmental assessments on a wide range of properties, ranging from residential dwellings to industrial facilities. His environmental background includes the performance of monitoring well sampling, soil and ground water characterization, monitoring well installations, and underground storage tank removals. He has been responsible for environmental permitting and investigations for many project types of various scales.

He has also served as project manager for large commercial development projects in New York, New Jersey, and Maine, assisting in the permitting and design phases. Additionally, he has served as project manager and designer for commercial and residential land development projects. He is experienced in site selection, including "due diligence" land use, zoning and environmental investigations.

Patrick Gorman

Patrick Gorman possesses over 22 years experience in the commercial, residential, municipal, and industrial land development arena and has an exemplary reputation for his technical and pragmatic skill. From site evaluation and concept planning to project management, Mr. Gorman has designed over 40,000,000 square feet of commercial and retail projects in 14 states, earning him a national reputation for maximizing economic potential while satisfying tenant requirements as well as municipal and state guidelines.

As a partner of Land Resource Consultants, Mr. Gorman continues to elicit universal satisfaction from his clients for his ability to design a project in ways that exceed their expectations. Patrick is located at the Connecticut office of the firm as its director.
